Airport Baggage Pickup Checklist

Confirm that the passenger name, flight, airport, address, pincode, phone number, bag count and weight match the booking. Keep the booking reference and identification ready. Inspect baggage before handover, close all zips and locks, remove old airline tags when appropriate and photograph the exterior condition. Avoid loose straps and fragile external attachments. An authorised adult should remain available during the slot. Report flight, address or timing changes promptly because they may affect serviceability, price or coordination. At delivery, verify the bag count and visible condition before acknowledging receipt. Report concerns immediately and preserve photographs, tags and supporting documents.
