Service Delivery Policy
How pickup, transit and baggage delivery are scheduled and completed.
Service coverage
Availability is determined using the selected airport, service zones and pickup or delivery pincode. A displayed price does not override safety, airport or legal restrictions.
Scheduling
Inside-zone flight bookings require at least 6 hours of pickup lead time. Outside-zone flight bookings require at least 24 hours. Actual slots remain subject to operational capacity.
Handover and delivery
An authorised person must be available at pickup and delivery with any required identification or booking proof. Completion may be recorded electronically.
Delays
Weather, traffic, airport restrictions, flight disruption and events beyond reasonable control may affect timing. BagSwift will provide updates using the registered contact details when practicable.
