Information we collect
We collect contact details, travel information, addresses, baggage details, booking activity and payment references needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to process bookings, coordinate pickup and delivery, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. BagSwift does not store complete card numbers, CVV values, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
Sharing and retention
Relevant details may be shared with authorised staff, drivers, airports, payment providers and legal authorities when necessary. Records are retained only as required for operations, disputes and law.

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing privacy@bagswift.in.
