• Name, phone, email and account or booking identifiers
• Pickup and delivery addresses, pincode and supplied location information
• Passenger, airline, airport, flight and travel-schedule details
• Baggage count, weight, dimensions, exterior images, declarations and handover records
• Payment status and transaction references; complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN and banking passwords are not stored by BagSwift
