Report a Baggage or Service Issue
Learn how to report baggage damage, shortage or service issues to BagSwift, what evidence is required and how eligible claims are reviewed.
What to submit
We take baggage concerns seriously. Report any visible issue at handover and send the required information promptly so it can be reviewed fairly.
- Booking number and registered mobile number
- Date, service route and baggage description
- Clear photographs of all sides of the bag, damage and baggage tag
- An original, continuous unboxing video where available
- Purchase invoice, proof of value and repair estimate where relevant
- Airline report or Property Irregularity Report if airline handling may be involved
Important exclusions
Claims may be declined for pre-existing damage, normal wear, cosmetic marks, overpacking, defective wheels, handles or zips, inadequate packaging, fragile or excluded contents, airline or security handling, prohibited or undeclared items, or late or incomplete reporting, subject to applicable law.
Submit a claim
Email info@bagswift.in with “Claim – [Booking Number]” in the subject line. Claim time limits, liability caps and any protection or insurer terms will apply only when formally approved and published.
