These terms govern use of BagSwift services and bookings.
Bookings and eligibility
Customers must provide accurate passenger, flight, address, pincode and baggage information. Service depends on zone coverage, scheduling capacity and compliance with airline and airport requirements.
Baggage and prohibited items
Customers must not tender illegal, dangerous, explosive, flammable, perishable or improperly packed items. BagSwift may refuse unsafe or incorrectly declared baggage.
Timing and access
Pickup requires the minimum lead time shown during booking. The customer must provide safe access and ensure an authorised person is available for handover.
Pricing and payment
The displayed total includes the selected service, applicable add-ons and automatic conditional charges. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
Liability
Liability is subject to declared baggage details, packaging, applicable law and any purchased protection. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
